How to read the map
The lettered points on the map follow the walking route in order. Plan the trek by the number of days between stops rather than the distance: most days are 5 to 7 hours on foot, and the days with the biggest altitude gain are the short ones. See the 14-day itinerary for the day-by-day plan.
